TAILWIND – sustainable anchoring systems for floating offshore wind

NGI cooridnates this four-year EU project focusing on mooring lines and anchors for floating offshore wind turbines. The project will develop further these technologies identifying opportunities for cost and environmental impact reduction.

One of TAILWIND's main goals is to protect and conserve the marine environment, lowering the footprint of offshore wind farms.
