Work package 4: Integration for improved risk workflow
WP4 will focus on integrating the findings from WP 1, 2 and 3 in order to provide a systematic overview of the new findings, communicate new results for implementation in established industrial risk workflows and highlighting how the new findings may contribute to the structural derisking for Smeaheia.
The approach will be to combine fault complexity quantification and uncertainty in fault permeability to synthesise the likelihood for flow in fault zones and narrow the confidence interval for calculated leakage risk. We are working in collaboration with industry partners and our international research network to ensure our contribution will provide new models with potential for implementation in industrial workflows.
