  • Prague, Czech Republic, 29.05.2023 - 31.05.2023
  • 15th International Conference on Underground Construction

This international conference is one of the series of conferences “Underground Construction Prague”, which are held regularly every three years. Due to the pandemic, this year has been postponed by one year. Participants of past conferences enjoyed the scientific programme, venue and social programme. The conferences have been attended by distinguished international experts in the field and we look forward to prominent guests also in 2023. For these reasons, “Underground Construction Prague” can be considered as one of the key events of 2023 in the discipline of underground construction.

  • Workshop on Impact of global changes on landslide hazard and risk

Anthropogenically induced climate change is unquestionably changing landslide hazard and risk, and impacting how we assess and manage them. The aim of the Workshop is to promote discussion among scientists, engineers, decision-makers and other stakeholders on whether we are capable of predicting and quantifying the expected changes in landslide hazard and risk and how we could implement the knowledge gained from academic research on landslide risk management into practice.
