WP2 - Stakeholder analysis, Bergen Harbour

Relevant stakeholders in Bergen Harbour will be identified and their specific interests with regard to sediment and their broader interests for the fjord investigated.

Stakeholder analysis aims at identifying potential stakeholder conflicting interests and to facilitate a collaborative decision process. Using a Stakeholder Analysis (SA) approach (stakeholder, including interviews and questionnaires, relevant stakeholders in Bergen Harbour will be identified as well as their specific interests with regard to sediment and their broader interests for the fjord.

Potential conflicting interests, the nature and characteristics of the conflicts, the positions of the various stakeholders will be assessed. This information will then be used to provide the basis to establish a suitable group of stakeholders to participate in the evaluation of methods for addressing potential conflict (WP3).
