NGI reception at OTC 2009

NGI hosted a reception during the OTC 2009 conference. The evening reception, held at Zaza hotel included a short seminar presented by James Strout and concentrated on recent research by NGI on offshore oil and gas exploration using electro-magnetic waves to identify oil reservoirs.

Nearly 90 delegates turned up to this reception. Delegates were later invited for a drink and buffet meal. This was a good opportunity to discuss current work by NGI in Oslo and Houston. NGI's reception is held every year on the second or third day of the OTC conference (usually the first week of May).
