Key qualifications
Dr. Young Jae Choi, graduated from The University of Texas at Austin specializing in geotechnical engineering. His experience includes research and engineering consultancy for numerous offshore and onshore development projects. He has performed geotechnical engineering studies such as slope stability, shallow and deep foundation analyses and designs, soil/pipeline interaction, and offshore geohazard assessments using reliability methods and probabilistic techniques. His responsibilities also include developing and managing basic and advanced soil testing programs, geotechnical data interpretation and analysis, geophysical/geotechnical integration, report preparation and project presentations.
